      I was really impressed with the quality of the lunchbox, but sadly it stopped working after just two months. The customer service was great, though, and they replaced it quickly, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the box was too small to hold enough food, and the utensils looked cheap and impractical. Overall, I'm disappointed with the product and wouldn't recommend it. The packaging was perfect and the quality of the individual parts is great, but the box itself was a letdown.
