With its adjustment screws, Spax offers a completely new type of wood screw. The adjustment screws feature a T-Star drive, which provides excellent grip for the bit, and a flush-countersinkable flat head that pulls the wood fibres downwards as it is driven in. This allows further components to be fitted seamlessly and with a precise fit. The WIROX coating ensures greater corrosion protection than conventional bare galvanisation. Durability is also maximised thanks to the higher surface hardness. These properties make the screw an all-rounder for both indoor and outdoor use. Spax also sets new standards with its adjustment screws in terms of force transmission, screw-in speed and gap-filling effect, which can significantly boost work efficiency. The unique 4CUT tip and wave profile allow for installation without pre-drilling, depending on the type of wood. Thanks to the lubricating coating and optimal thread pitch, the Spax thread ensures fast screw-in with minimal effort. In addition, Spax has also fitted the screws with special retaining grooves that ensure a secure hold in the wood. The screws can be used across a wide range of applications: common tasks such as hanging ceiling panelling, wall cladding or even floor renovations pose no challenge for these screws. Even fastening counter-battens for under-rafter and between-rafter insulation is no problem for the screw. If you place great importance on safety whilst ensuring fast and controlled screw installation, these screws are a real stroke of luck!
