Product Description:
The universal 4C-Z50 staple nailer from PREBENA is the perfect tool for fastening Fermacell, plasterboard and wood fibre boards. It uses the Z-staple recommended by leading system manufacturers in various lengths from 16 to 50 mm. The nailer is supplied with a multifunctional stop as standard, which can be rotated through 180° depending on the application. This allows you to choose between a smooth and toothed stop. While the smooth stop is suitable for flat materials such as plasterboard and chipboard, the toothed stop is perfect for fastening tongue and groove profiles, inverted formwork or wire protection fences. Thanks to the adjustable depth setting, you can adjust the driving force to suit your requirements. If the fasteners do become jammed, this can be rectified by releasing the quick-release fastener without any additional tools. The switchover mechanism from single shot to contact release can be operated with a simple twist of the release lever. The specially installed reinforced driver ensures reliable and long-lasting performance on the construction site or in the factory. The 4C-Z50 also offers an adjustable exhaust air on the housing head, a silencer and is supplied in a plastic transport case. For fastening plasterboard and Fermacell, we also offer a special fence with a wide support surface as an accessory. When using Z-staples in this pneumatic nailer, you can rely on the strictest quality requirements. The staples comply with Eurocode 5 and DIN EN14592. They are heavily galvanised (CSVHA) or made of stainless steel in 1.4301 (CRFHA) and are ETA-certified. As an innovative manufacturer, we produce the ETA staples on our own production facilities, thereby guaranteeing the high certification requirements.
