Product Description:

The angle grinder is designed for grinding and cutting metal, stone and ceramic materials as well as for sandpaper grinding and working with wire brushes. The tool is only suitable for dry processing. The cordless angle grinder is an extremely powerful 18 volt tool. The robust and resilient 4-pole high-performance motor ensures optimum performance with maximum service life and minimum weight. The flat gear housing enables comfortable working, especially in inaccessible places. The spindle lock enables quick disc changes. The additional handle can be attached in three positions and the protective cover can be removed and fitted without tools. The paddle switch with dead man's switch function ensures that the angle grinder can only run when the user is actually using the device. When the switch is released, the tool stops automatically, significantly increasing the user's safety. The Milwaukee REDLINK™ overload protection electronics protect the motor from overloading, thereby increasing its service life. The advanced electronics ensure a long battery runtime and service life thanks to individual cell monitoring and system communication between the tool and battery. The REDLITHIUM-ION™ battery offers a perfectly harmonised design, advanced electronics and loss-free power output for a longer service life. The battery delivers consistent performance even under extreme working conditions, e.g. at temperatures as low as -20°C. It has twice the runtime compared to standard lithium-ion batteries. Red Li-Ion batteries are less susceptible to capacity loss during the charging process and therefore last longer at full power capacity. The short charging times of the universal quick charger for Li-ion batteries (system: M12/M14/M18) are the most impressive. According to the manufacturer, the 5 Ah battery is fully charged in 59 minutes.
