The AS 18 L PC cordless vacuum cleaner from Metabo has a 18 volts power voltage and is the ideal companion for mobile vacuum cleaning of chips and dust. It features a PressClean function allowing a strong air flow and thus filter cleaning. Drying, inflating and exhausting is easier owing to its blow function. It is equipped with an Eco mode system which guarantees a longer battery life a Boost function in case a maximum power is needed. It also features a large corner switch, the on/off switch enabling it to be operated with foot. The practical storage compartment in the vacuum makes it possible to stow a second battery, the charger as well as the nozzle and hose. This device is also fitted with an overload protection system which switches it off in case of overheating and thus considerably extends its service life. The capacity indicator of the battery can be read directly on the vacuum cleaner. Its robust housing with rubber protectors ensures a firm grip and non-slip working. With its MetaLoc design, it ensures easy stacking of the battery-powered vacuum cleaner on MetaLoc cases. The ergonomic handle and carrying strap ensure maximum user-friendliness. The dry vacuum cleaner is commercially approved according to the EU standard for dust class L.  Due to its 7.5 litre filling volume, long and extensive suction work is eased. The new LiHD technology makes Metabo the only manufacturer worldwide to cover the entire power range, from 400 to 3200 watts. This AS 18 L PC from Matabo is also equipped with a 5.5 Ah battery which allows works that were previously reserved for the most powerful mains-powered devices to be now carried out with cable-free devices.The combination of novel high-performance cells and completely newly developed components of the LiHD battery ensures ultimate performance and extremely long use with minimal temperature development. The charger from Metabo is suitable for charging all Li-Ion and LiHD sliding seat battery (12V-36V) with adapted battery charging current from Metabo. This accessory is a follow-up model of the ASC 30-36 (685132000). It features a patented AIR COOLED battery cooling system which ensures significantly reduced charging times. It is also equipped with an intelligent processor-controlled charging management system which guarantees a gentle charging and maximum number of charging cycles.
