Product Description:
Thanks to the new LiHD technology, Metabo is the only manufacturer in the world to cover the entire power range from 400 to 3200 watts. Applications that were previously reserved for the most powerful mains machines are now possible without cables thanks to the 10.0 Ah battery. The combination of innovative high-performance cells and completely newly developed components of the LiHD battery pack ensures ultimate performance and extremely long use with minimal temperature development. The interaction of harmonised technologies, such as intelligent battery management and permanent electronic individual cell monitoring, ensures a particularly long battery life. The built-in capacity indicator enables permanent monitoring of the charge level. Optimum protection against internal contamination, complete protective coating of the electronics and optimum sealing in the lid construction ensure a long shelf life with very low self-discharge. The rubberised exterior of the battery pack ensures a secure, non-slip stand and also serves as impact protection. The charger is suitable for charging all Li-Ion and LiHD sliding seat battery packs (12V-36V) with an adapted battery charging current from Metabo. The patented AIR COOLED battery cooling ensures significantly reduced charging times during charging. The ASC 145 impresses with its very low stand-by power consumption. Intelligent processor-controlled charging management ensures gentle charging and a maximum number of charging cycles. The particular advantage of this charger and battery pack is its 100% compatibility with all 18 V machines from CAS (Cordless Alliance System) partners: Rothenberger, Edding, Fischer, Mafell, Collomix, Eibenstock, Eisenblättert, Haaga, Starmix, Steine, Rokamat, Birchmeier. One battery and charger for everything.
