With the DC 40 RA 40-volt charger, Makita has created a new flagship model for all 40-volt batteries, as well as for 14.4 V and 18-volt (with adapter, not included) batteries. Thanks to the two fans and a power consumption of 310 watts, rapid charging is easily achievable. Various melody tones can be set as desired. Digital communication between the battery, the tool and the charger ensures optimal performance of the individual components. As is customary with Makita, the build quality is excellent.
