La herramienta está diseñada para taladrar con percusión y taladrar en ladrillo, hormigón y piedra. También es adecuado para perforaciones normales en madera, metal, cerámica y plástico. El taladro percutor se puede ajustar entre los modos taladrado, taladrado con percusión y cincelado mediante una rueda de ajuste integrada sin tener que ajustar el soporte del taladro.
