    The red boxes (RHINO Ultra) are made from a special plastic that has particularly high impact and load limits. Red boxes are therefore highly resistant and protect the contents even in the event of strong impacts.

    The black boxes (RHINO Eco) are produced from recycled plastic. The impact resistance is comparable to other box systems. However, it is lower compared to the RHINO Ultra series. All other aspects are the same. There is an ULTRA and an ECO version of almost every box, each with the same dimensions, capacity and IP protection classes.

    <strong>How do I connect XXL, XL and L Boxes?</strong>How do I connect XXL, XL and L Boxes?

    You can freely combine the RHINO XXL, XL, and L lines with each other. It makes no difference whether they are ULTRA or ECO boxes. Both variants are also fully compatible.

    RHINOs follow the "Christmas tree" principle. This means, the XXL line must be at the bottom when stacking, on top of which you can then either click XL or even directly L. Stacking is done via the internal or external connectors. If you connect two boxes of the same line, you use the external connectors. If you stack two different lines, the internal connectors are used.

    If you connect two different lines, you need either a box with VARIO+ Lid or the Multi-Adapter Plate. Both provide the necessary internal connectors.
