mini - with flat lever handle rose made of polyamide, diameter 32 mm, consisting of: Lever handle model 162.21PCM in mitre shape made of polyamide with continuous steel core up to the lever handle end, coloured throughout, or model 162.21XAM made of stainless steel round tube in mitre cut (1.4301) with 1.5 mm wall thickness - diameter 21.3 mm each, with shoulder guide - square spindle of the lever handle spindle part 8 mm with trapezoidal thread - fixing of the lever handle in a press-fit bearing with circumferential toothing and a polyamide plain bearing bush with two cams as anti-rotation protection in the press-fit bearing - the grub screw M5 fixes itself to secure the lever handle hole parts, in a recess in the square spindle and thus contributes to optimum force transmission into the door leaf - Use in conjunction with mortise locks to DIN 18251 - Installation of the press-in bushes using a mounting nut with trapezoidal thread SW 19, We therefore recommend mounting with a ring spanner (SW 19) - The milling dimension in the area of the lock follower must have a nominal dimension of 25 mm - Manufacturing tolerances of +/- 1 mm can be compensated for by the press-fit bearing - For mounting on residential and interior doors with HDF cover panel and centre layers made of tubular chipboard or solid chipboard inlay or high-quality We recommend installing mini only on door elements tested by HEWI and the door manufacturers (a current list can be found at www.hewi.de/mini) - Designed and tested for the contract sector - Usage category in accordance with DIN EN 1906 - Class 4 - Hinge direction DIN left / right
