Product Description:
The Festool guide rail guarantees that your machine is guided safely and straight as a die and at the same time ensures tear-free sawing thanks to the splinter guard. The guide rail is also very easy to position on smooth materials thanks to the adhesive pad. The guide rail also protects the workpiece surface from damage and the groove enables the use of additional accessories for additional applications. The high-quality glide coating ensures that the machine runs smoothly on the guide rail for very comfortable working. The Festool quick-release clamp is suitable for clamping and positioning the FS, FS/2 and GRP/2 guide rail. The well thought-out alternative to fastening with screw clamps is highly effective and saves labour. The clamping jaw and the quick-release clamp are inserted into the guide rail from below and held firmly with the clamping mechanism. The rubberised surfaces also ensure optimum grip. The guide rail therefore sits extremely firmly and does not slip. The comfortable pistol grip allows the tool to be released in a fraction of a second, simply by releasing the spring mechanism. To summarise, it is a time-saving alternative and almost unbeatable to conventional screw clamps in terms of cost and time savings.
