Product Description:
With its compact design and low weight of just 1.2 kg, the Festool DTS 400 REQ delta sander is ideal for fatigue-free work, even when working overhead for long periods of time. The device has a very high degree of flexibility and can be used as a slide, eccentric and delta sander for sanding paint, varnish and window frames, as well as for sanding natural wood parts and veneers before varnishing. The innovative MMC control electronics from Festool ensure that work can be carried out at a constantly powerful speed, thus achieving up to 25% higher removal rates. In addition, the DTS 400 REQ sander has an emptiable long-life dust collection bag, which means that dust-free work is no problem and the Protector edge protection ensures that less reworking is required. The StickFix sanding pad (100x150) is very easy to attach and remove. The tool also has a dust extraction connection for Festool's new Cleantec connection system for extracting dust. The SB-Longlife dust collection bag from Festool is of high quality, can be emptied and reused and is perfect for collecting dust and for low-dust disposal. The dust collection bag is compatible with the RTS 400, DTS 400 and ETS 125 from Festool. The high-quality polyester fleece material is particularly durable and ensures a low-emission and clean working environment.
