The saw blade is designed for cutting laminates / HPL and processing coated boards, melamine resin boards (Trespa ®), solid surface materials, acrylic glass and phenolic resin-bonded fibres and fabrics. Resistance and precision under the toughest conditions is guaranteed by the use of high-quality steel and saw teeth made of ultra-fine grain carbide. The Wood Laminate/HPL HW saw blade is perfect for precise, efficient work. The fine-grain carbide-tipped saw teeth ensure optimum sawing progress and perfect cuts. The slightly negative rake angle enables a long service life with very hard plastics. The cutting angle and tooth shape are matched to the application and machine.
