La nueva hoja de sierra de inmersión de metal duro con recubrimiento de nitruro de titanio de Fein es especialmente resistente al desgaste y pone en aprietos a la competencia. Con una vida útil 30 veces superior a la de las hojas de sierra HSS y un 100% superior a la de las hojas de sierra de metal duro sin recubrimiento, es la elección ideal para trabajar materiales duros como metales ferrosos, acero inoxidable o tubos de cobre. Incluso los tornillos endurecidos (Spax) y los tornillos de máquina de alta resistencia no impiden que la hoja de sierra haga su trabajo. Incluso materiales abrasivos como ladrillos, mampostería o placas de fibrocemento pueden procesarse sin problemas. Además, el mecanizado de laminados, CFK (plástico reforzado con fibra de carbono) y GFK (plástico reforzado con fibra de vidrio) no supone ningún problema con la hoja de sierra Carbide Pro. Con materiales de madera como la madera dura o el aglomerado, consigue un rendimiento de corte muy bueno. La forma estrecha del corte garantiza una velocidad de corte óptima y una buena evacuación de la viruta.
