The Einhell GP-LC 36/40 Li BL-Solo Professional cordless chainsaw is a powerful and reliable tool for professional use. With a cutting length of 38 cm and a high-quality OREGON chain with 1.3 mm drive link thickness, this chainsaw is perfect for clearing and felling medium to large trees as well as processing firewood and shortening construction timber. It is a member of the Power X-Change family and requires two 18 V Power X-Change batteries. Thanks to the twin-pack technology with two batteries, the saw delivers more power for more demanding applications. The brushless motor provides more power and a longer runtime, while the tool-free chain tensioning and chain change make handling quick and easy. The lateral positioning of the batteries ensures optimum balance and better protection of the batteries, while the ergonomic handle with soft grip ensures a firm and comfortable grip. The solid metal claw fence provides additional safety and makes it easier to guide the saw during all types of work. With automatic chain lubrication and an oil reservoir with sight glass, users can check the fill level at any time and ensure that the chain is always optimally lubricated. User safety is ensured by the kickback protection with a mechanical instant chain brake and a chain catch pin that stops the chain immediately if it comes loose. The 3-stage LED display shows the current charge status of the batteries so that the user is always informed about the remaining runtime. For optimum results, Einhell recommends the use of 2x 5.2 Ah batteries (not included) or larger.
