The DeWalt DCS 691 cordless cut-off sander is the powerful and cordless solution for heavy-duty cutting work in construction, gardening, landscaping and road construction. Equipped with the innovative 54V XR FLEXVOLT technology, this cordless cut-off machine delivers impressive performance that can easily keep up with corded tools - with maximum freedom of movement. The brushless motor not only provides more power and a more compact design, but also significantly extends the service life of the tool. With a cutting depth of up to 83 mm, the DCS 691 cuts materials such as paving stones, roof tiles, reinforcing steel or concrete with ease. The robust all-metal direct gearbox ensures optimum power transmission, while the motor brake stops the cutting disc immediately after the switch is released - for maximum safety during use. The double-sided water supply with water connection as standard ensures effective dust binding during cutting work in mineral materials, supported by rear air inlets with a labyrinth design that efficiently cool the motor and protect it from dirt. The tool-free adjustable protective bonnet with 5 positions can be flexibly adapted to the respective application. The integrated WIRELESS TOOL CONNECT (WTC) allows the cut-off machine to be wirelessly connected to a WTC-compatible hoover, making work even more efficient and cleaner. An LED overload indicator provides real-time information on the current load during use to enable optimum control and device protection. The lockable battery compartment reliably protects the battery from dust and water particles, while the ergonomic rubberised handles ensure a high level of comfort and a secure grip during long periods of use.
