The DeWalt DCS 579 cordless circular saw is the next generation of extremely powerful circular saws from the innovative DeWALT Flexvolt range. With its newly developed high-performance motor, which utilises a higher copper content and a stronger permanent magnet, it achieves an impressive output of up to 2,450 watts. Thanks to the brushless motor technology, the hand-held circular saw has been able to achieve more compact dimensions, resulting in a longer runtime per battery charge and a longer service life. The cutting depth and cutting angle adjustment is simple and precise, with cuts up to an angle of 57° possible. Another practical feature of this portable circular saw is the electronic motor brake, which stops the machine in a matter of seconds. This not only makes work safer, but also more efficient. Effective dust extraction is provided by an "Airlock" compatible extraction adapter, which ensures a clean working environment. For additional safety and comfort, the portable circular saw is equipped with a rubberised additional handle that enables safe two-handed working. The saw is also optimally balanced, which supports fatigue-free working. Another particularly practical feature is the special saw shoe for DEWALT guide rails, which enables even more precise guidance. The XR Extreme Runtime saw blade supplied ensures even longer battery life and a long service life.
