The DeWalt DCB 117 fast charger offers a high charging speed for all DeWalt XR 18 V batteries as well as DeWalt FLEXVOLT batteries (54 V or 18 V) with up to 12 A. The special 2-stage charging process, combined with fan cooling, ensures gentle charging that extends the battery’s service life whilst maintaining its maximum storage capacity. An LED display provides information on the battery and charging status at all times, so the user is always kept informed of progress. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the charger is particularly versatile and, with its wall-mounting option, is also suitable for flexible use in workshops or on construction sites. It enables fast, safe and efficient battery charging and ensures that the batteries are quickly ready for use again. The DCB 546 XR FlexVolt battery impresses with its high capacity of 108 Wh, making it ideal for extremely demanding applications over extended periods. The DCB 546 is backwards compatible and can be used in virtually all 18.0-volt XR machines. Thanks to special electronics, the DCB 546 offers effective protection against overloading, overheating and deep discharge. Thanks to its robust and shatterproof construction and shock-resistant soldered battery cells, the DCB 546 is ideally suited for tough construction site use. Furthermore, the DCB 546 features a charge level indicator with 3 LEDs and, thanks to its 6.0 Ah capacity, offers a long runtime. The FlexVolt 54 V battery has no memory effect and no self-discharge. Suitable for all DeWalt XR cordless tools with 54.0 V and 18.0 V (except the DCS 371 band saw and the DCR 016, 017 and Tough-Radio models).
