En Rio Grande do Sul también se crían ciervos con regularidad. Con una longitud de hoja de 12,7 centímetros y un grosor de 3 milímetros, este cuchillo es ideal para cocinar con carne, verduras y frutas. Para satisfacer los más altos estándares, en su fabricación sólo se utilizan los mejores materiales: La hoja está hecha de acero inoxidable sueco (X46Cr13 / AISI 420 C), que también se utiliza en la fabricación de los cuchillos Solingen. Este acero inoxidable se pule y afila a mano durante la fabricación, lo que le confiere un aspecto noble y brillante. El mango noble está hecho de madera de Imbuia, también conocida como madera de pimienta o walnu brasileño. Esta madera de color marrón oscuro tiene una estructura de poros pequeños, vetas oscuras y un parecido visual con el nogal, aunque no lo sea. Es dura y duradera, y un secado, alisado y pulido cuidadosos le confieren un tacto maravilloso.Cada producto de la fábrica de calidad Sera Grande se fabrica a mano y es, por tanto, una pieza única. Por eso puede haber diferencias en el diseño del cuchillo y de la funda, sin que haya variación en la calidad ni en los materiales.Instrucciones de cuidado :Por favor, haga afilar este cuchillo forjado a mano sólo por un profesional.Lave y seque bien el cuchillo después de cada uso.No lave el cuchillo en la lavadora.Para evitar que el mango se vuelva quebradizo, lávelo con regularidad.
